Yes. Subject to availability you can move in today. However, to be guaranteed a room of a specific size it is advisable to reserve your space in advance. Simply call us on: 01455 250 758, or pay us a visit.
We can reserve a room for you up to 2 months in advance.
No problem, just let us know about your changes and we will amend the reservation at no cost to you.
You are welcome to move to another size storage room at any time subject to availability. Your storage charge will be amended accordingly from the day you transfer rooms.
You can store for as long or short a time as you require the storage space, however we do have a minimum charge period of one week.
We invoice 4 weekly in advance and would prefer payment by bank transfer but will accept cash payments either weekly or 4 weekly.
Not at all. At Dennis Self-Storage we are flexible so you can move in and out when you want.
We only require seven days’ notice to vacate your room. If you have given notice a refund will be processed when you leave for any storage you have paid for but not used. Notice can be given in person, in writing, by fax, phone or e-mail. If you are unable to give seven days notice you can still move your goods out of storage but you will be charged for seven days rent that you have paid for but not used.
You can store almost anything at Dennis Self-Storage, but in the interest of everyone’s safety, storage of the following items is prohibited:
- Living items such as plants or animals
- Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and explosives
- Items that could decompose such as exposed foodstuffs
- Unauthorised or illegal goods, such as drugs or firearms
- If you are storing machinery that contains fuel e.g. a lawnmower, the fuel must be drained before it can be put into storage
- Equipment used for the manufacturing of illegal substances
